For the Spring 2010 semester at Kent State University, Happy Trails was one of five non-profit organizations chosen to take part in a video class aimed at bringing the university, the students and the community together.
Let me tell ya- it was a success!
On behalf of all the non-profit organizations that were chosen to participate in this class, I would like to say a very sincere thank-you, not only to the Kent State students who worked so diligently to convey the message that each organization had to share, but also to the creative and innovative university staff and faculty for designing such an incredible program. I think the learning curve was just not only on the part of the students, but I think everyone, including the non-profit representatives, learned something from this experience as well. The videos the students produced will impact countless other lives.
Many thanks to our Happy Trails Kent State student film and production crew — Katie Dillon, Kayla Landolph, and Marcus Garrett, for being so patient with us and for doing a simply incredible job!
I'm sure there is a bright future for each of these talented students, and we are proud and grateful to have them as part of the Happy Trails team!
